Olivia uses a person centred evidence based approach to therapy incorporating elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy and Positive Psychology.
Within the supportive relationship, Olivia helps clients explore and understand their difficulties and find ways to resolve them.
Olivia believes that we all have access to our innate wisdom, which she endavours to aid clients connect with. Olivia accepts each client as they are and works in a non-judgmental way which allows people to engage fully in the therapeutic process.
Olivia is a Certified Practitioner in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), as well as a Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician working within the Cognitive Behaviour Therapy- Enhanced (CBT-E) framework.
