Olivia uses a person centred evidence based approach to therapy incorporating elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Positive Psychology, and Schema Therapy.
Within the supportive relationship, Olivia helps clients explore and understand their difficulties and find ways to resolve them.
Olivia believes that we all have access to our innate wisdom, which she endavours to aid clients connect with. Olivia accepts each client as they are and works in a non-judgmental way which allows people to engage fully in the therapeutic process.
Olivia is a Certified Practitioner in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), as well as a Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician working within the Cognitive Behaviour Therapy- Enhanced (CBT-E) framework.

Through Medicare rebates, eligible clients can receive subsidised psychology services, making it easier to seek support for a range of mental health concerns. To access rebates with a Medicare psychologist you need to have a GP or specialist-prepared Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP) as well as a referral from your GP. Patients with a valid MHTP are eligible for a $96.65 rebate from Medicare. Patients are eligible for 10 rebated sessions per calendar year.
Eating Disorder Services (EDP)
If you are living with a diagnosed eating disorder you can receive up to 40 psychological sessions with a Medicare psychologist in a 12-month period under an EDP.
